Of note, the list flags where a grant program may be targeted at specific historically disadvantaged groups including e.g. Black, Immigrant, Person of Color, or Woman owned businesses.

Accompany Capital offers a variety of loan programs for NYC Businesses through their Credit Building, Small Business, and Microloans

Target Geography: New York

Fondo Adelante’s microlending program is offering loans of up to $100,000 to San Francisco small-business owners. All loan recipients will receive pre- and post-loan closing technical assistance from MEDA’s Business Development Program, offered in English and Spanish. By supporting borrowers with business coaching, the loan fund will be able to consider small-business owners who are often deemed high risk by other microlenders. Ultimately, these small-business owners will create jobs within San Francisco’s lower-income communities.

Bronx Community Relief Effort aims to raise $10 million to support the most critical needs of the Bronx community, including small business relief and microgrants to individuals in crisis.

The Brooklyn EXCELerate Loan Fund targets BIPOC-owned business owners in Brooklyn, providing "character-based" loans to help them get back on their feet post-pandemic and support equitable economic momentum in Brooklyn.

The California Rebuilding Fund is a new program built to support California’s smallest businesses as they adapt, reopen, and recover from the effects of COVID-19. This program has been built in partnership with public, private, and nonprofit leaders across the state to ensure that California’s smallest businesses are able to access the resources and capital they need to get through these challenging economic times. CalCAP is a loan loss reserve program which may provide up to 100% coverage on losses as a result of certain loan defaults. The program provides financing for small businesses that may not otherwise meet a bank’s typical underwriting standards.
Loan amount may be up to $2.5

The Small Business Finance Center (SBFC) partners with Financial Development Corporations to provide loan guarantees and direct loans for small businesses that experience capital access barriers. The loan guarantees provided for the Disaster Relief Loan Guarantee Program help to mitigate barriers to capital for those small businesses that do not qualify for federal disaster funds, including businesses in low-wealth and immigrant communities.

Guarantee Terms: Guaranteed up to 7 years; Guarantees up to 95% of loan; Loan interest rates negotiated between lender and borrower; Qualifications based on lender criteria

Loan proceeds to be used for continuance of business including, but not limited to: The funds are meant to help small businesses through this challenging time. Loan proceeds can be used for business continuance or to cure “economic injury” as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This number is based on median income figures published by U.S. HUD.

Special loan guarantee in conjunction to help women- and minority-owned businesses obtain flexible financing. This program is for start-up businesses as well as existing businesses planning to expand. CEDF provides the loan and the Department of Economic and Community Development provides up to a 30% guarantee

The Town of Culpeper, Town Council and the Culpeper County Board of Supervisors passed the Culpeper Cares Small Business Recovery Grant fund to support small businesses and 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations affected by COVID-19. The program is funded using federal CARES Act funds provided to the Town of Culpeper and Culpeper County and will be administered by Community Investment Collaborative (CIC).

The First Supervisorial District COVID-19 Business Relief Grant was established to support businesses in the unincorporated areas within Los Angeles County’s First Supervisorial District. This program was created by Supervisor Hilda Solis and is administered by Inclusive Action for the City.
